When I was younger and much less refined, I applied for a job as an assistant adminstrator at Kid Peace, a camp for parentless children. This was long before the rampant child abuse we see now, so when they asked if I could pass a background check, I was a little surprised. "What's the problem", I asked. "Are you afraid someone will steal the orphans." I didn't get the job.
